Working on a Resolution

Yep, it's a problem alright, and I've started working on the resolution.  I used to be quite fit and healthy and now, not so much.  But I bought a video -- The Firm: 30 Minute Power Workout or something like that.  Three days into it and feeling alright.  Muscles pleasantly sore, but not so sore that I can't go back and do it again tomorrow.  The first day was "exploratory".  I spent a lot of time exclaiming, "You want me to do what?"  They ask you to to three things with your feet and 4 with your hands while sucking in your tummy and your butt and smiling at the same time.  I'm getting the hang of it though.  I didn't feel nearly so spastic tonight, though I did have to do some random bouncing while I studied the moves.  And sometimes they cut away from the legs to show you the arms and then I get lost.  But don't worry, I can handle it.

I'm just thankful that my husband saw fit to leave me to it without an audience!
