A Recipe Worth Remembering

just in case i forget and want to know later on:

1/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup pineapple juice

cut chicken breast agains the grain in 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick pieces
marinate chicken breast 3 hours in fridge
stir fry with any veggies you like
thicken sauce
serve with rice

i guess it's essentially teriyaki sauce, but it tastes really mild and good.  the kids devoured it.  i'm feeling very lower case tonight.
