...and into the morning, my darling daughter has been sleeping soundly. That's right, she hasn't awakened in the middle of the night for nearly two weeks now, and she's even made it through the early morning two days in a row as well. It's been a long, long time coming, but I can now sleep through the night as well, mostly.
Strangely enough, her uninterrupted sleep began shortly after she contracted a severe cold. Previously, she had chronic cough and congestion that would awaken her in the middle of the night with coughing spasms. But this cold seems to have knocked that right out of her, and even though she's been congested, it hasn't bothered her the way the coughing did. I'm glad the chronic cough is gone, because the doctors weren't really being very helpful about it.
This uninterrupted sleep has an added benefit: Angie is thoroughly happy during the day! She is so giggly and goony most days that I spend a lot of time laughing at her. Sometimes she just spins around in circles, giggling until she falls over.
And she's just awakened! Talk to you soon!

Congratulations on the extra sleep and the super happy baby!
If you feel out of sorts, due to the sleep you are getting, you can borrow Sarah for a night. Lol
Love you!
