He Giveth and He Taketh Away

Our PMI has been removed from our mortgage; but our taxes have increased netting us a whole $16 in savings on our mortgage payment. We're due to finish paying off the Honda in November; but now we have to go buy another car, hopefully without incurring monthly payments. Nothing ever really works out the way you plan it, I guess.
