Pork Chops

6 pork chops
butter or olive oil
1 can of tomato soup
1 can of whole cranberry sauce
1 packet onion soup mix

Brown the pork chops in your favorite browning agent (butter for me)
Place them in a casserole dish
combine the tomato soup, cranberry sauce and onion soup mix in a pot and heat till bubbling and mixed well.
Pour the sauce over the porkchops and cook in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Serve with some kind of rice (brown with peas and carrots for me).

It sounds like a strange combo, but it's really delicious.

yes, it sounds pretty disgusting. What even prompted you to try it!?

Its a recipe in my recipe card box. The picture looked really really good, so I tried it.

I bet it is good, even though it sounds weird - I love pork andcranberry so will give it a try.

Thanks!

Okay...one year later, and - at last! - with a can of tomato soup in hand, I'm giving it a go. If it's yucky, you owe me a dinner. :-)
