Every cloud has a silver lining, they say. I'm a personal believer in optimism. . . if you can't find the silver lining, you're just looking at the cloud from the wrong direction!

A Slick Trick
Honey is a precious commodity. The stuff is sticky and expensive. So to get every last drop of it out of your measuring apparatus and into your recipe, coat the measuring cup/spoon with oil first. The honey slicks right out with nary a wasted drop!
