Learning Spanish

Angie has shown that she is ready to learn spanish, and so, being the parent who spends the most time with her, it is my duty to learn spanish with her. She can count, by herself, up to six and needs a bit of prompting to get up to ten. But she's getting better with that. We're learning body parts next; so far we know la boca, la naris and los ojos...and la cabesa. (I'm not sure about all of the spellings.) I have a Spanish-on-Tape course which seems pretty good, and I'm going to use that to learn. It comes with a small coursebook that gives all of the rules for conjugating verbs and such, which is good because I like to know the rules. Perhaps we'll both be speaking Spanish by summer's end!

What?! You haven't learned spanish yet?! Rosetta Stone has two spanish courses, one for latin spanish, and one for spain spanish. It's a good program. Expensive, but really good. They have samples online, if you want to see how it works.
