Wisdom
You never really question the wisdom of commonly held beliefs until another life is depending on you to make decisions that may affect her in untold ways for years to come.
Is this in regards to the immunizations? This same feeling is, for me, the reason I homeschool, bake bread, cook from scratch, and just generally choose to live a bit outside the mainstream. They deserve better than this world they are stuck in.
It's not specifically in regards to immunizations, although that's what triggered the post. I've been feeling that way about a lot of things...the food she eats, the TV she watches, the books she reads...just a lot of different things.
