1.5 cups of light cream or heavy cream (your choice)
.75 cups of freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp of butter
.25 tsp of salt
.25 tsp of ground black pepper
Heat the cream, butter, salt and pepper to boiling, stirring constantly. Allow it to boil for 2 or 3 minutes to thicken slightly. Add the parmesan slowly, stirring constantly.
Add to cooked and drained pasta. Add chicken cubes, broccoli or shrimp for a hearty and delicious meal.
