Cyst Update

I had my postop visit with my doctor on Monday. The results of the tests on my cyst were back and she told me that it was a . . . mucinex? metamucil? mucinous?. . .some m word. . .kind of cyst. In other words, she said, it's the kind of cyst that can recur. So, I will go for ultrasounds every 6 months in order to keep tabs on my ovary. If the cyst does recur, then they'll have to remove my ovary, because it doesn't make sense to keep operating on recurring cysts. But, no worries. If they do have to remove my ovary, I can still have lots of kids, because my other ovary is in perfect health!
